Apple iMac

I've had a HP All-In-One since late 2011 and haven't had any problems with it..I kinda wanna make that switch though since everything else I got is Apple. Starting school back in August and I think I'ma get the 27 inch iMac and get my girl a Macbook Pro she has a HP too.

I'll put it like this
I got an HP laptop for graduation, in a year and a half it was toast. I went to Best Buy to look at a new laptop and the PC rep came over to me and as I was looking like "I'm gonna be honest, you just got a laptop 2 years ago, and if you buy one of these you'll be back in another 2, get mac "
I was like but it was the truth. He said PCs are basically just a hustle now. Macs will last, and their last os update was actually free.
You can also put Windows on a mac, I put windows on because I use Logic and FL studio.

But question, why would you guys buy an iMac instead of a macbook. Space and memory or is there some other reason?

Screen real estate. More ram. Bigger hard drive.
