Only draws backs you cant insert CD's and you can't upgrade your ram for the new thinner models. So choose wisely.

who tf still uses a disc drive in todays day and age? I have a rMBP and never have i once needed to use one. Im glad they took it out, cars will do the same in 10 years or so. Second time I've heard somebody mention it like its something oh so important they removed.

I watch blu-rays while im on the go... wtf are you talking about the optical drive is the best thing ever, burn music, burn movies, programs. watch blu-rays. apple is stupid for not including one or giving people that option with the "Top of the line!" I mac's!
