You can put music on an iPhone with iTunes. I do it myself. I have over 10k of owned music on my phone.

iTunes on my Mac or Windows computer. The songs that I've downloaded over the years are on my computers, and I sync my phone with my computer to store the music on my phone.

Unless u take a lot of pics or using it for work there's no reason for 256 gb on a phone.

There's streaming for music and cloud storage for everything else (docs, pics, notes etc)

Streaming music is not always a great option tho. Tons of music are not even on streaming platforms. And having music downloaded is a million times better than streaming being sometimes cell signals can be spotty. Also u got to pay for streaming

True but YouTube has all my music and I just stream with it. It's actually how I discover new music I would like best. I got my library for shytty reception areas but that's usually a rare case due to great coverage, most times it's because I want to listen to my library on random mode.

Downloading is great but its like mad planning for playlists and I get bored of new music fast anyway. So let the algorithms do it best

I tried the streaming thing, and it's cool. But a lot of content is not available on streaming platforms, streaming uses for battery, and you don't own the music.

Also, I'm not as pressed to hear an album as soon as it comes out as I used to be. Podcast generally come first in my listening experience now.

Any Android with sd card support can get 128 gb card separate for like $30. 256gb card top quality is like $50 max. And this is all on top of the memory the phone already has.

Don't get me started on the fact that there's 1 tb micro SD cards out there for not even half these suckas are paying

Amazon got the 128gb Samsung evo select (the green one) for $20 and 256gb is $40

Prices for storage are really dropping these days

The only legit 1tb microsd card (Sandisk) is $450 though
