Pretty much, especially when they say it with a badge of honor, they want to get a reaction out of you to boost their ego. Same thing with nikkas that talk sheet about black women and praise other raise. Show them that you give no fcks and bounce. It tells me a person is closed minded and bases their opinion on limited information, which can apply to a variety of things in life. Most of the people I know who don't fukk with their race have bad experiences with their race - abusive dads, absent moms, schools full of ignorant dudes, etc. So they decide to base their entire opinion on an entire race...on what they see within a 20 mile radius of their house.
