Approaching women at the gym

Its always been a 'don't even try it' spot for me, like approaching women when they or I are working....

Women aren't really there to get picked up. Plus, if you make a bad impression or come off thirsty it will be awkward the next time you're both there

sauna and steam room is where its popping,I like to just throw myself into there conversations on some if i could add my opinion shyt or you can act ignorant and ask them for some training advice in the actual gym bit i.e 'your legs look great how'd you get them so toned.' cheesy, but its an ice breaker.

I wouldn't recommend this. In fact, I'd be too shook to even try this.

I mean, if a female even catches you looking in her general direction, she might be like, "WERE YOU JUST STARING AT MY BUTT?! " And then dropkick you in the throat.

If she is seriously working out, sweaty as hell, and trying to move between machines in a rushed manner, please back off.

sometimes i talk too a few girls in between sets but i keep it brief

if i was serious about picking up girls at the gym id be in bodypump
