Most and foremost if she glances over at me multiple times. If she gets closer to me or stands near me I'm assuming she wants me to say something. Playing with the hair, eye contact etc.

I usually make eye contact and smile before I approach though.

i'd advise you not to approach random women on the street breh

go to a bar or lounge if you want to meet some chicks, they'll be way more open and easier to approach
