I don’t know if Dark Lo was stupid enough to send him a letter or not but Taz was his young bul and was brought around OBH through him so maybe Dark Lo held himself responsible for him snitching.

How they know he wrote it

The only thing is that it doesn't say that the letter was handwritten, or does it say it was signed. I hope for Lo sake that it wasn't.

Besides, if dude snitching, you don't think he's gonna add that to his I'm tellin list

For everyone shytting on Dark Lo,

He didn't know that the letter was sent to Taz. Dark Lo's girlfriend sent the letter to Taz on her own, letting him know they were gonna find out who the snitch was in order to help him out with his case. She didn't know that Taz was the one snitching smh.

That is why Dark Lo showed up to court everyday in support of OBH, he didn't know about the letter.

:snoop:

That makes more sense. I highly doubt Dark Lo is dumb enough to send a threatening letter to a dude who’s already snitching on a bunch of people with his alias on it

Also Lo admitted he wrote and sent the letter, when they searched his home they found a gun with the serial scratched off, extended mag with 32 bullets, one mag with 15 bullets and 30+ bullets in a bag.
Lo doing time w/e happens concerning the witness intimidation.

this dude Lo might be top 3 hip-hop dumbest criminals ever.. :martin:

@A.V. @FreshAIG @newarkhiphop look at this sh!t, brehs.. :snoop:

I didn’t really hear any direct threats being made in that letter though

so the feds were able to search lo’s crib based off that letter?

that’s crazy

Considering how big of a role there music played in there case and then seeing how this is one of there biggest songs

[Dark Lo]
I'm still in the passenger, still .45
I still cause a massacre, it's still homicide

[Dark Lo]
I'ma shoot first, boy Ron Harvey do his thing

[Dark Lo]
If Ab point you out then I'll shoot you

:manny: too easy

:laff: dumb nikka

Lo going to the Feds for felon in possession, defacing a gun (scratched serial), & illegal ammo capacity magazine. Most likely a 5-10 if that's ALL he go down for, lawyer or not. :francis:

And he told on himself about the letter, bc he knows lying to the Feds is another charge. Which isn't a good sign, bc now that they got him self-snitching & dead to rights on several charges, the Feds gonna put the PRESS on this nikka :mjcry:

The letter is direct evidence of a crime; that's more than what they need for a search warrant. Plus a victim/witness who's currently testifying being involved. What make shyt worse is, if Taz was really Lo man that Lo brought into the OBH fold, not only did Lo technically bring OBH down, but he orchestrated his own downfall as well, doing the goofy letter shyt. :scust:

shyt so dumb, I got a headache just now, thinking about it. NO CAP :mindblown:

Lo always talked too reckless on records, but to not have the calculation & foresight to keep you from panicking (let's be clear...Lo PANICKED & did this shyt) & sending or dictating that dumb ass letter yourself is fukkING STUPID.

nikkas never graduated from getting they hands dirty, and it shows smh. After all that work put in, money made, and industry ties, Lo moving like a young boy low level worker is :dead:

I'm by no means hating. I wish nikkas a speedy trial & release, but son should've been SEVERAL steps/individuals removed...with plausible deniability that would hold up in a Fed case if he so much as THOUGHT of sending a message to Taz, threatening or not. Even making contact at that point is risky. :mjtf:

Witness intimidation (with or without threats of violence) carries a max of 20 years in the Feds. In cases where you have little to no priors, you not looking at doing a big chunk of time, but it's still viewed as a serious crime. :ufdup:

However, something tells me that with Lo's history, the letter, him being present in court, his musical content/interviews, and connection to Ab, prosecutors are gonna have a field day and push for higher than average numbers on sentencing, if not the max. :picard:

I don't have him doing 20-25, but 10 or better is realistic, speaking from experience. Anything 10 years or less that's offered to him on a plea deal?....Lo better eat his pride and sign that shyt if he know he guilty, can't get evidence surpressed, or has other possible informants who can attest to crimes he's never been charged with. That Fed paranoia hit different when you was really out there & you locked up, scrolling thru memories. :sadcam: Ask me how I know.

fukk what Coli nikkas talkin bout, I'm about to post what a subsection of the Federal Witness Tampering statute says. The words "corruptly persuades" is up for legal dabate by his lawyers, but that's the least of his worries.

(He didn't have to make a threat to be found guilty of this statute. And that's nikkas first problem. Not hitting the law library enough on previous bids and educating themselves if they were gonna continue to commit crimes they wanted to get away with.)

:wow:

18 U.S. Code § 1512.
Tampering with a witness, victim, or an informant

Whoever knowingly uses intimidation, threatens, or corruptly persuades another person, or attempts to do so, or engages in misleading conduct toward another person, with intent to—

(1) influence, delay, or prevent the testimony of any person in an official proceeding;

(2) cause or induce any person to—

(A)
withhold testimony, or withhold a record, document, or other object, from anofficial proceeding;

(B) alter, destroy, mutilate, or conceal an object with intent to impair the object’s integrity or availability for use in an official proceeding;

(C) evade legal process summoning that person to appear as a witness, or to produce a record, document, or other object, in an official proceeding; or

(D) be absent from an official proceeding, to which such person has been summoned by legal process; or

(3) hinder, delay, or prevent the communication to a law enforcement officer or judge of the United States of information relating to the commission or possible commission of a Federal offense or a violation of conditions of probation [1] supervised release, parole, or release pending judicial proceedings; shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than 20 years, or both.

Maybe I missed something but where did he admit to writing the letter?
