Again... I'm a square, I don't know sh1t about the streets. You take 300k and move to Alabama with your girl and your kids. You tell your woman to get a job, put the kids in daycare, and you go get your cdl's and ask your lady to finance a day cab and start hauling local loads.

If you do it right within a year, you will be living large. You have enough money to cash out on a crib and a couple of decent cars. These dudes say they don't want to be in the streets but they get all of this money and just ball until they end up dead or in jail. At some point a 30+ year old man has to realize the rap sh1t isn't going to work and let it go.

Exactly. Your post is how a square nikka rationalizes what a street nikka should do. To a street nikka your post is :mjlol: btw.

How long do you think you can live off $300K even on a modest lifestyle, serious question.

BUY A 2 STORY MIXED USE BUILDING. LIVE UPSTAIRS AND RENT THE COMMERCIAL DOWNSTAIRS. THE BOTTOM PAYS MORTGAGE FOR THE WHOLE BUILDING. IF THE BUILDING IS BIG ENOUGH YOU CAN SPLIT THE UPSTAIRS INTO 2 APARTMENTS. AND TURN A PROFIT EVERY MONTH.

IF YOU LIVE SOMEWHERE WITH GOOD SUN EXPOSURE COP SOME SOLAR PANELS FOR THE ROOF AND GET PAID EVEN MORE.

THERE ARE WAY TOO MANY THINGS TO DO WITH 300K OTHER THAN RE-UP.

ppl talking about take the money and move to a hick town and live a quiet life. Even squares want to live in the big city and enjoy the amenities, what makes you think a street nikka wants to live in some slow ass town with nothing to do?
:mjlol: @ selling drugs just to live in some bumfukk ass town in Alabama. nikkas in this thread don't get it.

That's a great plan in theory my guy but what are you doing until you get a reasonable tenant to rent that space to? Whose name is the property going to be in when it comes time to pay property taxes? Who or what entity is your tenant paying rent to?

It's not about the possibilities, it's about all the intangible things that come with ownership and entrepreneurship that take time to navigate when your money isn't legit. This is the part of the game that I'm trying to get you all to understand, its not as simple as I have a pile of money and I can just go start buying investments and starting companies. There is work that has to be done with continual income coming in (legal or illegal), you don't make none of these scenarios happen off a lump some of money that is not multiple millions. So you're still hustling or you square up and get a job like most people or you had one while you were hustling. But you not getting into the game and making enough money to shade off like y'all talking about for quite a long ass time. So no matter the "plan" you got to stay down to come up long enough to make any real money and most people get caught up one way or another before they can ever put a "plan" in motion.

problem is these cats dont prepare.

When you're getting fast money (even legally), in the back of your mind you dont think the shyt is going to end.

Like someone said earlier...at best, dope boys end up working decent manual labor jobs...most end up on the streets drinking/doing drugs.

With that said...there are smart folks out there that get in and get out...
...but there will never be a movie/song about them because they're smart enough to be low key.

The tangible details is what really kills nikkas exit schemes.
The Wire was on, but these nikkas didn't watch.
String was in school for business management, and paying politicians to grease the way in terms of going from dirty money to clean money.
Shyt always gets muddy cuz the law is built to slow down and sniff out dirty money. Especially for us, who by nature of being bottom of the totem pole in economic standing, we know less people to streamline the process than the white(white) collar criminals.
So as a square dude who is close with some other types, it's just not easy to flip a pile of dirty to clean.
I would recommend a successful dealer to hit a small town and cool out, but the steps taken can't be hurried or urgent.
It's gotta have been setup from before they jumped in, I was told.

Your using too much logic. Anyone willing to get a CDL and live in Alabama aint gonna trap to do what you said.
