True true lol I' just saying if that's all he listened to growing up, and copped their mixtapes, had all their unreleased music, etc.. like their stuff could be considered classics in Philly. I'm not from there, so I can't say.
There's rappers from all over that I never heard of, or know little about, that is the GOAT to someone. I actually like when people's best ever or favorites are not the norms, it means they probably base it off completely what they listen to and like the most, and that's it. I respect it.
The other day I saw GullyTV say Half-A-Mill is the greatest rapper of all-time. I love Half but he's not even top 50 all-time because of his lack of catalog, but that's me. People's criteria might be different
