As for no fault based divorce - no fault divorce was one of the worst things to happen to marriage in the west. 80% of divorces are initiated by women for shallow reasons - Like “I think I could do better” “I deserve a richer man”, “I’m not happy” just look at the Kevin Samuels show And the hundreds of women who dial in. Divorces in Saudi are allowed for things like abuse.

Clearly allowing women to divorce for fickle reasons is part of the reason why marriage is ruined in the West - women are fickle by nature and change their mind easily.

I don’t see the issue with male guardianship of an adult woman either - you’re supposed to protect your female family members

What I will say is, no person is property and if someone doesn't want to be with a person anymore than they don't have too. People should have the freedoms to do what they want as long as they're not bringing harm to others. I'll live it at that and we can agree to disagree.

But Women and men are biologically and psychologically different - it’s something we’ve known for thousands of years regardless of the civilization.

The west has good intentions, but things will just keep getting worse and worse because we think we know better than the wisdom of previous generations. But agree to disagree

This may sound harsh but, most women's natural polarity is going to steer towards the chaotic end. Just their nature. Like somebody already said, women tend to be more whimsical and capricious. You leave them to their own devices, problems will arise in a community.

The men don't play that. I don't necessarily agree with the harm and abuse but, that's the way they keep a hold on things over there.

Like I said, it's their culture. You can't say somebody else's way of life is wrong because it doesn't fit with your own personal sensibilities. America has actually been gradually trying to social engineer Saudi Arabia for a while now. To be more Western.
