Anyone that says 2011 heat is trolling.

The lack of logic in saying that a team that made it past the 2nd round of the playoffs, let alone to the Finals, was a disappointment is baffling

The 2013 Lakers are up there along with the 2004 Lakers. And how the hell would the 2011 Heat be more dissapointing? :heh:

Are you really comparing a team that barely made the playoffs and got swept vs a team that dominated their conference and lost in 6 in the Finals, who, not to mention went on to win back to back titles the years after?

:heh:

The 2004 Laker team was disappointing but were injured throughout the regular season(Malone missed 40 gms) and Malone was injured and barely played in the Finals. What was the 2011 Heat excuse?? They were fully healthy the whole season and offs. If your going to mention the injured 2004 Lakers then you have to mention the healthy 2011 Heat. The Heat were way more disappointing.

1. 2007 Dallas Mavs - after losing the finals to the garbage heat then let golden state take u out the following year.

2. 2009 Cleveland Cavs - 66-16 - and losing 2 orlando 4 games to 2

2010 Cavs going ghost was pretty bad but the '13 Lakers had a hype machine that was waaayyy higher.

Everyone was pumped. I know I was.

What's weird is that the Lakers did the same exact thing to the year with the '04 Lakers. Went to the Finals 3 straight years, then tried to form a super team for the last hurrah shortly after.

What failed the Lakers this time was lack of and changing management due to Dr. buss dying, injuries, frequent changes to coaching styles and systems, and lack of chemistry. Had they stayed healthy, had one coach the whole season, and figured each other out, they would've been pretty decent IMO.

Just wasn't to be. The Lakers will go through a little down period for the next 2-4 years unless they really kill the free agent signing next year. And that's OK. They'll be back as usual.

Are you fukking kidding me that lakers team had three-peat either that core and added two hall of famers

The heat were a brand new team how can you even compare the two

And blaming that list on 40 year old Malone being hurt is ridiculous

Old injured people including the gawd and the puss, who could only perform like 80% due to whatever fukkboy reasons he had. And garbage backups.

No I don't think so.

It would be as if Jordan(playing better than he as in wizards), injured Lakers Malone, injured Stockton and some p*ssy ass box office center witha bad knee played together in Washington with one the weakest backups in the league.

The names of the players were hyped up, that was about it.

Both teams were huge disappointments. One ravished by injuries the other by choking.
