I think it has to be about individualism at least in the shirt term then help others. Most of the people like you talking this collective shyt ain't nowhere yourself and truthfully who going to want to follow a leader or info from someone that's on their level or below? That's like if some regular dude at the YMCA gives you basketball tips and then Lebron does. Who you really going to pay more attention to? That's my problem with most (not all) people kicking that collective stuff they aren't people you'd want to follow/listen to in the first place and they get mad when you point that out. Get yourself right and then come back with that "collective" stuff. Last thing too many people also "collective" when they don't have it then when they don't need to be "collective" its fukk everybody so that's another thing that unfortunately get in the way of people taking all this collective stuff seriously.

Thats great and hope you succeed but honestly Ive saw many with your resume do exactly what I talked about. I still believe in at least having everything up before doing certain things. Like how you said your trying to start a business I wouldn't make to much talk to others about them doing so until I personally can show them how I'm taking my own advice. That's just more authentic to me but I understand people trying to help without having done such. Just think it goes further and people are more likely to listen when you've lived (and those who you talking too know it) whatever it is you kicking to them. Many people see me as respectable and thats all I aim to be. Whoever will follow will help my plan come into fruition and whoever doesnt is whatever to me.

Thats the thing. The more I talk the more advice I get and the more I meet others who are also interested. If they get started before me then they can help me and if I get started I can help them.

When I graduated grad school, and I kid y'all not I got more congratulations and gifts (gift cards,generic) from white folk then black.I had cats in my own circle not even wish me congratulations,not many cards.But white folks (mainly teachers,old guidance counselors,friends of fam) were more excited about me graduating then some of my closest homies.It was mind boggling.Being a black man and achieving success you will lose folks.
