Done.
I feel my worst emotion is anger. I've had problems with anger since I was younger, but the older I get the more those issues go away. I just think it had to with growing up as a first generation Nigerian/West Indian American in predominantly white Pittsburgh. I can remember from my kindergarten to early grade school years constantly getting into fights with people cause I was one of the few black students in the school having to fight off racist white kids insulting me and picking on me. I also wore glasses and people would call me "urkle" (cause Family Matters was popular at the time).
Rather than get depressed (I did get depressed though) I got really angry over the years (I would punch walls, break glass bottles against the floor, throw things, etc....never could take it out on an actual person) and I still find myself dealing with anger problems that started in the past. I've been doing all I can to make myself "less" angry over the years but these issues keep coming up sometimes and make it impossible to enjoy life.
I guess I would be less angry if I was able to find work whenever I wanted not have to worry about income, could just go and meet women when I wanted to but due to my race and background I've always had problems with the opposite sex and even trying to get basic employment going.
And yes I posted the thread title as such cause...yes...our reasons for being angry are way different than a white person's or an asian person's or a hispanic person's....(even though similar at times they extend towards a different matter).
