As others have said...politicians want power/influence, but needs money/long career to attain both, thus are lap dogs for corporations/lobbyist groups/special interest firms and needs to pay(via money/feel good in tummy/hiring) apologist/shills to secure votes by lying/misleading/exaggerating to the masses that their politician is different

The fear by Dems is that the dynamics of Repub party being exposed as similar to their own party:
-Old guards blocking new guards because they fund raise more/influence is greater
-not everybody agreeing to past common beliefs

notice I mentioned nothing about them wanting to solve problems....so we need to adopt beliefs/principles that are beyond politics...example, no candidate loses or gains my vote talmbot being for community safety or against unnecessary wars

-2nd amendment is clearly being viewed favorably by most citizens, as the recent increase in gun sales show

-Healthcare fundamental problem is rising premiums, which both parties won't address because of insurance/pharmaceutical donation needs

-illegals taking citizens' jobs was once a bipartisan/"beyond politics" view, until Obama reelection and Trump election

-You can't "crush the virus" OR "control the pandemic" until a vaccine

-Cases where affirmative action exclusively/mostly benefit Black folks, then you'll have other community members regardless of party attacking it

-Religion is the core of the abortion debate, but because of the desire for votes/donations and popularity of religion, both parties debate each other instead of religion
This is the most flawed of all your arguments. Both parties have fundamentally different stances on abortion. Literally the opposite of each other.

perception of artificial differences is needed in politics to secure votes, thus giving credit to the other side is taboo because citizens allows such foolish unwritten rules for their politicians

This is actually false. Health coverage was the primary issue. When someone uninsured gets medical attention and doesn't pay. Tax payers carry the burden of that cost
uninsured because they can't afford premiums

Experts have widely agreed that if everybody wore masks this would've have been contained months ago.
experts said not to wear a mask a couple months ago or shoes in your home

This is the most flawed of all your arguments. Both parties have fundamentally different stances on abortion. Literally the opposite of each other.
Religion debate is what both parties are avoiding to address. Instead of making it a gender and other identity politics issue, focus on the core problem which is separation of religion/state

Again how is this proof both side are the same. Also i disagree that it was once bipartison
You mentioned "guns," there's no problems about gun ownership

I say basically yes. If you look past the words you’ll see em quietly pass legislation that both sides support that ultimately have a negative impact on Black people here and abroad. Like this SCOTUS pick. Everyone is mad at McConnell and them, but it was Harry Reid (D) who changed the filibuster rules back in 2013 that allowed this pick to go through.

this was a nation founded by white people for white people. a nation that has arguably become the most powerful in human history. a nation that is one of the few world players on the global stage with a voice that counts. And all of that was paid for in blood. Millions of lives lost. Again, a white nation that was gained and maintained by war. If you think whites on either side of the aisle are going to risk losing any of that in some election or through some kinda legislation you’re probably either very ignorant of history or just plain stupid. Doesn’t matter who’s in office. The real agenda - eugenics, global theft and control of natural resources (which is what’s happening in Nigeria right now), Black mass incarceration, etc. - doesn’t change.

Not even close to being the same.

Since 2006, I've been posting on left leaning websites and forums...and have actually felt welcomed there. People actually give my comments legit responses, and they know I am black. I always said that if I could, I would be a political pundit that gets guest appearances on TYT and stuff.

I posted once on Breitbart this year and got banned immediately afterwards.
:mjpls:

I get the idea that Republicans don't even want Black people involved in thier party or even in the political process at this point in time. We are way past the era of Condoleeza Rice and Colin Powell. They would love to take it back to 1776 or 1789 when only rich or wealthy landowning white men could vote and decide on the fate of millions.

They’re both the same when it comes to black people, particularly black people who live in dire situations. Different approaches, same results.
Not really.

Look at any picture of Democratic candidates and senators. Lots of Black Men and Black Women.
Look at any pictures of Republican candidates and senators. Almost ALL white and male except for some white women...and maybe 1 or 2 token negroes,

Of course not.

But they do both function as corporate, neoliberal electoral bodies. In that wat they are "the same."

The DNC is center-right and the GOP is far-right.

There are no legitimately well-recognized Left parties in the US.
This.
Even Joe Biden and Kamala would be considered Center right in most EU nations.

I dare anybody to take a look at legislation passed and it’s impact on whites vs everybody else to claim the both sides argument.

For instance, only ONE party is currently cutting funding and unsupportive of early childcare and intervention programs PROVEN to help black children school and post school outcomes, particularly black male children.

Early child care and education would face steep cuts under the Trump administration’s budget proposal

“Conservative congressmen and women have historically resisted supposedly progressive policies for fear of wasteful government spending. Critics of universal pre-K have refused to believe data early childhood education programs support higher employment, better health, and the development of essential social-emotional skills. These benefits transcend generations: Parents who attended high-quality ECE have children with fewer school suspensions, among other positive outcomes. Republicans have cut contributions to federal programs such as Head Start.

But here’s the rub: Though Republicans want to cut spending on perceived progressive programs, they turn a blind eye when it comes to spending on Republican causes. See, for example, the farm bailout. Deficits under Trump have soared beyond a trillion dollars. So, too, in education. But it’s where the money is going that DeVos and other conservatives care about — not the mere fact that it’s going at all. Conservatives seem perfectly happy with a school financing structure that generates $23 billion more in funding for predominantly white school districts nationwide than for districts that serve mostly students of color. When spending is on black and brown children, conservatives raise a fuss. When it’s happening in wealthy white districts, no one bats an eye.”

This pattern continues across EVERY metric with the far right.

Healthcare
Economics
Prison system
Education
Housing
Taxes
Jobs
Voter suppression

If the Republicans even gave a fukk about Black people...Herman Cain would still be alive.
:manny:
They didn't even acknowledge his death even though he did so much unncessary footwork for that party.
