I think this is going to end up looking bad or just really weak. There was zero coordination for this: only enough to bring attention to it where now eyes are watching but people are flimsy about it. There are eyes but no energy behind it. If this falls short people are going to get DEI jokes off on this.

If you're a vet, woman, LGBTQIAR15XYZ, Black/Asian/Latino/Native etc, DEI helps you....and ironically DEI helped Blacks the least, so these other groups should be fighting even harder than us.
