Saying that the average person doesn't care about tweaking is misinformed, how do you want to go forward since you can't argue against it?
It doesn't matter, the argument is that "the average" doesnt know or care how to mess with sertings and that is simply not true.
Breh my argument wasn't about numbers. When I said average person I mean the average person who owns a console, not the average who so happens to be a PC gamer. You're moving goalposts. Look at it like this, are the 80 million ps3 owners also PC enthusiasts? We don't know that.
The average person who play 2k, Cod Madden, and other games on consoles are the "average" person I'm talking about. THEY don't care about that crap. PC is HUGE because the sheer numbers of PC users are bigger. That's like saying!" Why are there more people playing mobile games than Xbox 1!?"
This is where you caught yourself. If the average person does not care, then why do more people play games on the PC? They pick up the knowledge without even trying. If they run into a game they can't run....oh shyt what do I need? Reddit and then several other outlets have the answers
The "average gamer" doesn't apply to just a subset you just highlighted breh.

I tried simplifying it. When I think of average gamer I think of the console crowd who aren't as into games that are popular on PC. I feel you get what I'm sayin but you want to argue semantics. Look at the top games on Steam and then on PC.. I don't think the "Average" Ps4 owner cares about goat simulator.
So PC gaming it simply bigger outside of the US which is what I was saying all along.
