I keep hearing that they’re good for you and they seem to be everybody’s go-to supplement, but do they actually do anything? I was taking them for a while a long time ago and all I got out of it was a nasty ass burp. I’m tryna step my health game up and I keep running past these lil nikkas everywhere. Would I be wasting my money by buying a bottle?

If you dont eat enough seafood then I would take it. I hear its mostly for people who dont get enough sunlight.

This.

Supplements are not subject to FDA standards despite mainly of them making medical claims. You can thank the supplement industry lobby for this

Only supplements I take are protein powder, creatine, pre workout and multivitamins. I’m sure they all work in some way. There’s others that definitely work to, check that maca root thread.

But yeah, there’s a lot of bullshyt out there that I’m trying to sift through. It feels like the only way to know for sure is to personally experiment.
