According to what I learned in Asian History class in college, Indians apparently descend from a mixed race of nomadic "negroid" (the professor's term, not mine) peoples who migrated and interbred with "mongoloid" (northern Chinese) peoples and were isolated on the Indian subcontinent for a few thousand years.

Afro-Caribbeans/West Indians are, but not Indian people themselves.
They're not Asian either (European geographers made tons of errors associating location with the nomenclature of racial and ethnic identity. Columbus did it when he assumed Natives in the U.S. were "Indian"), completely different race, ethnic group, cultural customs, languages, etc.

Though some West Indians may be mixed with Asian ethnicities, so that also complicates shyt a lot.

Most users probably assume if you're in an ethnic group, that somehow means you only belong to only one racial group each.
For example, all Slavic groups except for Russians are the least assimilated of all those Indo-European ethnic groups.
Only the Russians really identify as "Ultra Cac" (god damn Yeti complexion), as they're in the Northern region of where all the Arctic (Sweden, Norway, Greenland, etc.) countries occupy that space.

Not all Arabs are "white" passing. I would say most are, but many are not, and i am not speaking about the ones in "Africa", but the ones in the Arabian Peninsula. Some come white while others are very brown(carmel complexion)
