Shouldn't the FIRST homo-sapien migration into Europe from North Africa have had some type of African genetic affinity? Again, the very FIRST migrants. And I am aware they were replaced by the people from Anatolia among with other groups. Europe was populated the same way India was really.

Y-DNA R* originated in Central Asia not India. It was its predecessor Y-DNA P* that more than likely originated in India. In fact Y-DNA P* is a subgroup of Y-DNA K2* and that originated in South East Asia.

Sort of. Don't get it twisted Indo-Europeans did cause a lot of chaos. However, there's very little evidence that they caused wide spread damge to IVC (Indus Vally Civilisation)/Harrappan. In fact the IVC (Indus Vally Civilisation)/Harrappan was already in decline and quite a few cities were abandoned when the Indo-Europeans came to Northwestern part of the sub-continent.
