Ross has a better catalogue than both these dudes.
Ross and TI are close lyrically which is where Jeezy can't compete with either of them. I'd say their all legends just for different reasons

What have any of them done that stands out that much? Even in today's world.
If Jeezy is a legend than 50 Cent is as well.
They're comparable artists and if anything, the latter is more accomplished. Yet no one seriously considers him a legend.
Young Jeezy's catalog is forgettable outside of TM101, let's be real.
TI has had some hot streaks but his crossover attempts were so God awful they alone preclude him from the discussion. Not to mention Hustle Gang is one of the most disappointing imprints in rap.
Ross is a more interesting suggestion; if for nothing else than the fukkery and discussion he's triggered over the years. But it's too early, and it's not looking good.

T.I. yes. Dude has had an amazing career. Bounced back from a lot of drama and setbacks and maintained. 10 years ago I was a die hard Luda fan, would have taken Luda over TI any day, but at some time TI took that the King of the south title the he self proclaimed, and really became the King. Probably round the time he dropped King. At this point he could fall off and do movies, but I see him being relevant in music for a few more years before he completely takes that leap.

It's true. You don't see quality or long lasting artists challenge Ghostface Killah or Nas or KRS like that, outside of an ignorant few that are now forgotten.
You see people shyt on Jeezy when he ushered the first Era of trap with TI back in 05. Gucci Mane and them disrespect them on a regular basis.
