Are people asking for too much now? I'm sorry but a $15 minimum wage is still too low...

Lol I didn’t know rent could be so cheap and it looks like a decent place too. How much are luxury apartments going for in your city?
Those are the luxury apartments:dead:.

The actual shytty places are like $400-450 for one bedroom.

I didn't say you were lying breh. You wanna get back to the original topic?

So Thanos the population, to a (slightly) lesser extent, right?

I'm not going to even say to a lesser extent ,because I don't wanna say its even comparable. I am only saying we would condense the population, then through condensing you would expand it,but organically. The current state we are in is expansion on steroids, gmo expansion. Once we condense it by taking women out of the workforce. Women will begin to fulfill their proper roles as caregivers and childbearers and we will see more wives. And women will begin to bear more children to the men they love which will increase the population. We will grow naturally as that occurs

shyt ain't never gonna happen cause of consumerism
Women in the workforce is what essentially turned this economy to what it is because they're the biggest consumers and takers of credit debt and student loans. Women going back to that standard is going be too restricting for how they are now

For every skill you have there is a robot coming soon. People don't seem to understand money isn't a real thing. Your grandparents was making .40 cent a hour back in the day. And these people really think they are making more than .40 cent an hour today:mjlol:. Go ahead and make more money, they will just raise prices on everything and you will be right back to square one. What people should be seeking is more money but less hours so that you are making the same thing you make now,but you have more time to live your life as a human. But people value money over their freedom, and don't mind being batteries for the system,as long as they can be tagged as overpriced luxury batteries for the system:martin:.
true or they'll ship your jobs to china and india

nikkas talking about “basic economics”, but can’t seem to get past the simple concept of stagnant wages vs live-able wages ..

How the fukk are we gonna even get into shyt like monetary policy, the banking system, how money is created, the FED, government spending etc...

“Well they should just learn new skills if they want more money” y’all can’t even grasp basic supply and demand :mjlol:

What the fukk did I just read.. tell me you trollin breh :mjlol:

Not sure how I could be more clear. But don't worry, you'll never have to worry about an unsustainable growth. The European has its techniques of putting a bandaid on it through population control:martin:

Which is why black men will have to leave this society and rebuild with women who aren't sleep and are proud to fulfill their proper role as women:ohlawd:. Sadly many of our women are now avatars for the spirit of the white man and will have to be left behind, along with many of our brothers. They will follow once they see the utopia black men and women build under our own morals and principles, outside of the system.

well luxury like this
image.jpg

What he posted aren't luxury apartments by any stretch.... matter of fact, it looks like a low income housing community... in other words, the government subsidizes a big part of the property expenses, and you have to make less than a certain income to qualify for most of the apartments there.... That's what it looks like to me.... It's good money in Enterprise... I doubt that is a true free market rental price....

If it’s luxury like the pic I posted then that’s nice for less than $700 a month. shyt $700 is not even half my pay check lol.
