Are social media images anti male in a subtle way...

It seems most of social media is for women..
These pictures and videos of men with their shirts off braiding hair, they are not as common as before but still there are derivatives with men shirtless doing little boys hair.

I tried hard to find videos of BLACK men showing their sons how to change tire and change oil, or change a hose. I found ONLY ONE...ONE and it was a father(or sounded like a grandfather) showing a teenager how to change a tire(and brakes I think, not sure). Found mostly white ones.


I suspect alot of brehs on here don't know the importance of

Social media is for attention whores thats why you see so many wanna be comedians, fake stunnas etc on there but cats who just move theough life doing what they do just teach their son and move on. They not worrying about setting up cameras to share with the world all the time.

This makes no sense, the videos I saw were how to videos basically. Furthermore there was a video on here of an old OG black man who finished building an engine.

Yeah, but what you're talking about (a dad teaching his son how to change a tyre, catch a baseball, shyt like that) are more intimate moments that aren't gonna be broadcast for the world to see.

If you want to see something like that you could either:

• Call your dad, and do it with him
• Have a son, and do it with him
• Or gatecrash a father/son moment you know that's happening irl, and hope they don't mind

Social media is about promoting an image of the life one wishes they had.

It's a well of wishes. Facebook, especially.

Now if you use it to push a product or your skills it's perfect. SM certainly has a use. If you're just on their putting on a show for free or spreading your private info you're wasting time and resources.
