No. This Cavs team without JR, Deron, and Korver beat the Spurs, and GS with Durant. That same Cavs team will show up in the playoffs with the addition of those guys and LeBron going 110%. And from last year, Kyrie is also at his best in the playoffs when the stakes are higher, he's better. I wouldn't be surprised if they swept their way to the finals. This happens every year.

They lost both games to San Antonio this year and GS was up by 15-20 in that game they blew on XMas.

NBA needs to go ahead and just do 1-16 playoffs and kill this conference shyt bc LeBron is exploiting the shyt out of this lol

Been saying this for a while. The east has been bad for almost two decades straight now. This isn't a cycle anymore; it's just the way it is. The league needs to adjust the playoffs accordingly.

The east almost never has multiple contenders that are realistically championship caliber at the same time going all the way back to the 80's honestly. There was Miami and Boston and Chicago in 2011 (rose got hurt in 2012 so that year is left out), there was Boston and Detroit in 2008, Miami and Detroit in 2005 and 2006, there was Orlando and Chicago in 1996, Detroit and Chicago in 1990, and the first half of the 80's was Boston and Philadelphia, while the second half of the decade was Boston and Detroit. I say leave the seeding as it is in regard to each side of the bracket is one conference because it usually saves the better matchups for later.
