All I'm saying is, that's not an environment for success. If nikkas really want to get this money and have a good life, nikkas gonna have to get their priorities straight and focus on what really matters while they're young (18-30). You can't do it worrying about that other shyt. Long-term relationships can come afterwards.

I agree with this. Right now I'm thinking about graduating and getting in to law school, the chick I'm chilling with is always complaining that we don't hang out enough. I like her, but sometimes I wish she'd understand that my focus right now is on trying to get paid. I don't even want to be in a ltr until well after I'm done with law school, a few years in to my career. I won't even consider marriage before I turn 30

Me and a couple other friends in that age group have been looking for LTR's since we were sophomores or juniors and most girls in our age group either have a serious bf, are engaged, or don't want one. I've found that this leaves most early twenties guys with girls they can't see themselves with past three months.

Really it seems like neither side wants an LTR in this age group unless they are getting a MRS.degree or if a guy meets a girl he doesn't want to let go aka the guys engaged or dating exvlusively

depends on the maturation of that person. I'm 24, and I favor a long term relationship more than I did when I was 19. Some might not think that's a long period of time in between but you experience things on a daily basis. Most is to change who you are and make you a better person. I have 2 kids, I'm not looking for something just for that month or that season, I'm looking for someone to build with long term.
