a portable battery charger can be had for as little as $30. If I know i'll be out for longer than three hours, I always carry my battery charger. i'll likely never use those built-in chargers on public transportation.

NY ppl do drive cars the whole city doesn't ride or take the train everywhere...have you not seen cars driven in NYC ?

I drive a luxury car ('19 Navigator) while you probably drive a bucket, rundown Cadillac, or those lookalike pimpmobiles with the fur seats that southern cats still like to cruise around town with .
