Are there any high calorie RAW VEGAN diets?

Anyone have Arian Fosters diet plan? Im just intrigued by what he actually eats

i have his workout regimen :jawalrus:

diet wise the houston texans are expected to eat 3500 cals a day tho :mjpls: good luck eating ruffage

I used to have the Houston Texans diet and workout plans but lost it a few years back. Somebody posted it up on SOHH

i dont know what your real goal is here so there aint much i can educate you on :yeshrug:

My goal is to gain weight. I want to make it a lifestyle...not a bulk up on junk and things and then chisel up.

I want to do the healthy eating (whether I gain weight or not) but because I know that these foods are high in calories I know I can gain weight just looking for insight as to the best foods to do this.

while yeah calories are important for bulking, protein is moreso

i said it once, but all of these "vegan" athletes didnt become athletes from vegan dieting

if there is any wiggle room for seafood or milk i STRONGLY encourage you to go down that path as well

A few NFL players are starting to switch to vegan diets but I haven't heard of any athletes using to a raw vegan diet. I did a quick Google search and couldn't find anything concrete. You probably would have better luck finding a book on the topic and going from there.
