As for different drunks to different alcohols perhaps?

I remember me and my brehs had a sake night one night and I sorta went crazy. I was trying to fight random people. Even told one dude I was ready to die

And I usually never try to actually fight people. I have soft hands and baby faced features plus my braces all those years ago were an investment so I can't have people knockin out my pearly whites nah'mean :dealwithit:

Whereas with any type of hard alcohol I get drunk quick and just turn into a dog, hitting on every girl I see. :ugh:

Basically I just stick to beer, the darker and heavier the better b/c it fills me up deterring me from drinking anymore

Basically for me, Dark Alcohol(Brandy, Cognac, Hen, NOT WHISKEY AT ALL) are more of a chill/pass out calmly type where I can probably drive home with no worries.

Vodka/Tequila and most clear jawns got a nikka feeling himself way too much sometimes. Its more of a "if I want to get fukked up tonight at the bar/club" im rolling with clear.

Beer is the truth but Im on a workout binge and trying not to do it as much.

Calorie content:
a can of beer= 150 calories
a shot of 80 proof liq = 100 calories

so the amount of calories in a beer is pretty much the same as the calories in the SAME alcohol content of shots

I hear you breh, and I think there was a science paper on the net not so long ago saying the same thing...but here's my point: don't you always end up drinking WAY MORE beer than strong alcohol? Since beer is not as strong, I used to (don't drink beer anymore) drink a whole lot more of it, and it's just "easier" to drink. I could easilly drink 7-8 beers at a party, whereas I'll hardly ever drink more than 3-4 drinks with strong liquor...so yeah, i you drink the same quantity it's mostly the same thing, but more often than not you drink a lot more beer than strong liquor (it's cheaper too), hence the "beer belly" I think?

Well here's the thing there's no such thing as a "beer belly". The term is just one of those common colloquialisms that started from who knows where. If I had to guess it would be from the Simpsons (Homer works at a brewery, drinks alot of beer and has a "beer belly"), so once there's that mental association whenever you happen to see an abdominal obese individual drinking or something ppl automatically associate it with them drinking beer. Abdominal obesity is not correlated with drinking beer tho (certain diseases cause it like diabetes as well as genetics and just bad eating habits, lack of exercise, etc).


As far as drinking more beers than hard liquor, you say you drink 7-8 beers at a party thats equivalent to about 10.5-12 shots of 80 proof liquor. I think that is a reasonable amount of liquor for a man to ingest in a full nights outing (obviously it depends on how fast you drink it...but for reference Ive thrown back 4 shots in a row and only been slightly tipsy so if you do that twice in a hour and a half window thats 8 shots and you've almost drank just as many calories in an hour and a half in hard liquor than you did the entire night with just beers.

For me I just do a balance of both. Start off early with the beers. After about the 4th or fifth beer take a couple shots. Gage myself then either more beers or shots depending on how I wanna act that night.

so nobody drinks Gin as far as clear goes?

2 or 3 Straight up Gin shots of Sapphire and I'm good for the night. Thats usually my go-to. And its the only clear I drink.

Any other drank gotta be dark.

Anyway normally I have a lot of patience but I notice it runs thin very fast when I'm drunk but I never get into fights. I get very confrontational.
I tend to go on random rants according to my friends. Thats how they can tell if I'm feelin it or not. I start to go on and on talking about whatever.
