i stopped checking for him after pray iv... im sure some hardcore dip fans still listen to his vampire life stuff. anygood?
Exactly , I'm a bigger fan of Max than Jimmy and even I can confirm this , MOB vol1 was basically like okay now we know what he's really capable of , I think once he released Public Domain 3 thats when cats really realized he was going to be a force to be reckon with he basically became a hood celebrity overnight off that tape, damn near every song on there is eligible for Top 40 , that tape basically proved that he had mainstream appeal and potential .Jim's run was so crazy but it shocked everyone that he was capable of it.
and let's not pretend like everyone LOVED Max B when he first came out. He was just the weed carrier that didn't know how to say Dipset correctly until MOB Vol. 1 dropped.
Once people warmed up to Max and then he got Stack on board, it was official
Never understood why that is the consensus in the booth , he may not be an elite rapper but he's definitely not trash
I ain't gonna front this comment got me weakOnly dusty nikkas that wear du rags with the flap out n smell like black n milds from the tri state like jimmy![]()
Max B says no, he ended Jims career
Meanwhile jim took him from jail and put him right in the middle of one of the biggest movements in hip hop. And then bailed him out of jail 2 years later.
