Does gentrification = lower crime rate?
It’s a community obsessed with acceptance from non blacks; especially whites. A few smiles and a few “we are allies” and they think those people really love them

It’s still ways to gentrify areas with high home ownership.
For example in my area there is alot of minority home owners after white flight. Since nikkas weren’t selling their houses like that they instead started building a super upscale cac community right across the street, Starbucks, row homes all that type of shyt. That instead raised the property value to a point where some ppl now may have to sell if they can’t keep up with the higher property tax
Tbh the check in and dying over block shyt is really only LA. Most blacc ppl in the hoods across America aren’t banging like they do in la n chiBut willing to die/kill over it quick af
