They don't get approached by guys THEY want, but they still are getting approached.
Dudes nowadays walk up to a chic and ask for their Instagram and in their phone like they doing something important. I see that shyt all the time in the clubs.
Women get approached all the time but I think the problem is not necessarily the man's approach but rather how the women receive the encounter. Alot of women don't know how to process that encounter or build on that interaction and come off disinterested or even seem unapproachable.
I recall seeing this blasian baddie in Whole Foods. She had to live downtown Newark or some athlete's girlfriend. I was shopping for cheese and she was getting fresh pizza made. I broke stride and walked over the pizza station and talked to shorty. She was on her phone but I told her I didn't have my phone but wanted to look up if the cheese I was buying can melt on pizza. This was the intro. We had a conversation about cheese and morphed into talking about yogurt , I was dropping knowledge on cheese and she put me on to Noosa yogurt. By time her order was ready I could see she was interested because I didn't do the typical shyt she expected or was used to but I didn't push for her number but I planted that seed of interest. I figure I would run into her again in that Whole Foods.

Thanks. Now try doing this to a woman you find attractive in the street on a normal day. She maybe dumbfounded at first but It will make her day. Noticing small details will take you a long way.

The people saying "they just don't get approached by the dudes THEY want" are somewhat correct, but it's disingenuous as it implies these chicks are just being too choosy and ridiculous and the ones approaching are otherwise "decent" guys. This is often far from the case. IME, no one is more aggressive than an out of shape, middle aged black man shooting his shot with a cute young chick walking down the street. Yeah that's an "approach" but lets not lie and act like that's reasonable or desirable.
A lot of these young dudes absolutely DO NOT approach and they don't want to. Why do you think there's been an uptick in "b...but why can't WOMEN approach!?" If dudes were really out here like that, you'd hardly hear some corny shyt like that being said.

Also women approach women. Women just clown men, ignore them or call someone to get the man away from the woman. Masculinity is seen as a negative
