New Yorkers and Texas folk have the most pride for their state imo. Jersey is not a bad state, but i couldn't give a damn about it, im moving to Atlanta soon :yeshrug:

I love where I'm from. All the good memories and the best years of my life are here. That's where I grew up and became me BUT I am not in love with it anymore.

Tired of the people, the hustle and bustle, high cost of living, the weather, etc.

Or are u indifferent or even hate where your from? I was born and raised in Alabama. Moved to Atlanta 2 years ago and was always indifferent to being from the south. Never really had "southern pride" so to speak. Then i started driving trucks last year and for some reason it made me appreciate the south. I usually stay in the southern states but every so often they'll send me out east. The 1st time i went to New Jersey i felt pure homesick. The same with PA & NY.I hated the feeling of not being in the south. I feel comfortable and "at home" when im in the southern states. So basicly its made me realize that im a true southern boy and wouldnt want to be anywhere else. How yall feel? Are u PROUD/APPRECIATIVE of where u from?

This isn't pride; it's more like affection/homesickness.
