Way better shape now. The only thing holding me back is a knee injury finally catching up. I know how to cut weight faster than I can gain it, and I spend a lot of my work days taking extra long routes around the building and running up stairs just to use the bathroom. 5 years ago me was comparatively flabby.

planks are for sure a game changer for me. i always add some variation of it to the end of my workout and i think everyone should do the same.

I thought it was just hype as well but after reading hundreds of reviews and my barber recommended it because he saw my hair wasn’t growing between my appointments.

My hair is thicker and fuller, my skin is more hydrated (this is in collaboration with more water as well). I introduced a lot into upgrading my health but with all the research, recommendations, reviews and my own experience, collagen is a must.
