In better shape now. I Didn't go to the gym until November of 2018, saw the benefits of that in 2019. I just wish I stopped regularly eating snacks back when I was going to the gym, probably would have lost more weight. I only eat an snack like two times a month now compared to daily back then, still lost like 20 to 30 pounds despite the bad diet :wow:


My cardio conditioning regressed to how it was prior to going to the gym since I don't go to the gym anymore and only do home workouts once in the blue moon. I don't like jogging, only running on the treadmill and stair stepper.
If you can add the jump rope. This simple tool has changed my fitness life.
