In better shape now. I Didn't go to the gym until November of 2018, saw the benefits of that in 2019. I just wish I stopped regularly eating snacks back when I was going to the gym, probably would have lost more weight. I only eat an snack like two times a month now compared to daily back then, still lost like 20 to 30 pounds despite the bad diet
My cardio conditioning regressed to how it was prior to going to the gym since I don't go to the gym anymore and only do home workouts once in the blue moon. I don't like jogging, only running on the treadmill and stair stepper.
