5 years ago I learned that I can work out at home, and I stopped dieting as well. I began working out 3 to 5 days a week, eating maintenance, and staying consistent. My weight is down, and hopefully it doesn't ever go up again.
Love fam, I was looking it up too and it's worth a tryBeen taking this even before fasting, gallon water, etc when I was drinking, eating like shyt and running the streets and I’ve felt Increased energy, metabolism, and for whatever reason I felt like I could never go overboard with weight no matter how lazy and reckless I got(Not promoting recklessness and guaranteeing the Nad3 will give u the same results, just my experience)
Also others have said it helps with inflammation. I’ve never had inflammation issues so I can’t speak to that, but yeah its dope and some reputable people swear by it.

I'm not sure what your goals are atm, but consistency is the most important. You have 24 hours in a day, you can take out 1 hour in that day to work on your body and health.
It's a marathon, not a sprint. Exercising should be a part of your life, like brushing your teeth. If you don't have that mindset, you won't make it.
