5 years ago I learned that I can work out at home, and I stopped dieting as well. I began working out 3 to 5 days a week, eating maintenance, and staying consistent. My weight is down, and hopefully it doesn't ever go up again.

goons in the cut tryna talk you out yo necklace
Been taking this even before fasting, gallon water, etc when I was drinking, eating like shyt and running the streets and I’ve felt Increased energy, metabolism, and for whatever reason I felt like I could never go overboard with weight no matter how lazy and reckless I got :dead: (Not promoting recklessness and guaranteeing the Nad3 will give u the same results, just my experience)

Also others have said it helps with inflammation. I’ve never had inflammation issues so I can’t speak to that, but yeah its dope and some reputable people swear by it.

I'm weaker but I have much more energy and I can run far longer and harder. But that was my goal. The stronger I was, the worse my cardio was and I was hungrier. If I didn't work a 9to5 desk job, I could've made the proper adjustments to balance it out. Maintaining muscle is too time consuming and expensive.

Yeah you killin it :salute:

Any tips u can spread to ya fellow brethren?
Thanks breh

I'm not sure what your goals are atm, but consistency is the most important. You have 24 hours in a day, you can take out 1 hour in that day to work on your body and health.

It's a marathon, not a sprint. Exercising should be a part of your life, like brushing your teeth. If you don't have that mindset, you won't make it.

I’m stronger now and lifting more, but I def got some extra non-muscle weight on me from Covid.

I was 28 turning right as the early pandemic lockdown hit. By the time we got back outside I was 30, Nothing Was The Same :francis:

Aw man people like you grind my gears...whenever I get around rich people I ask them for the playbook and they're always like "Just work hard and follow your dreams" :beli:
