I'm not sure what your goals are atm, but consistency is the most important. You have 24 hours in a day, you can take out 1 hour in that day to work on your body and health.

It's a marathon, not a sprint. Exercising should be a part of your life, like brushing your teeth. If you don't have that mindset, you won't make it.


100% thats literally the key to life and that’s why I’ve been seeing great results this time around. I’d usually go on 30 day spurts then fall off immediately :dead:



Im going on 2 months now, 217 down to 195 and more lean muscle mass and skin glowing, well hydrated and feelin like jesus in these ice cold skreets :mjlit:

Weight the same now but within the 5 years my weight has gone up 25 plus then my current weight. I am fit n play soccer a lot n basketball
. I also eat mostly vegetables n salmon with one cheat day.

I just don't have the drive to lift as much as I use to.

In better shape now. I Didn't go to the gym until November of 2018, saw the benefits of that in 2019. I just wish I stopped regularly eating snacks back when I was going to the gym, probably would have lost more weight. I only eat an snack like two times a month now compared to daily back then, still lost like 20 to 30 pounds despite the bad diet :wow:


My cardio conditioning regressed to how it was prior to going to the gym since I don't go to the gym anymore and only do home workouts once in the blue moon. I don't like jogging, only running on the treadmill and stair stepper.

yea that cardio is critical...especially once u hit the 30s....I use to hit the weights in my late teens and 20s.....shyt was cool then but carrying all that weight around isn't natural for a lot of folk.....I gave up the gym when covid kicked off and I feel a lot more natural...this how my body was designed u dig

I was in the best shape right when COVID hit, I'm still good now but was getting close to an elite level physically. Was working out twice a day and eating super clean. I don't work out nowhere near as much now but I actually eat cleaner, just not enough calories and it's partially because it's too expensive for me right now, inflation and inventory shortages messed up my whole program :sadcam:

Gained more lean mass since leaving college.

The introduction of training in BJJ and Muay Thai has given me way more conditioning, flexibility, and mobility.

Way better, I was eating whatever my lady put in front of me. Getting back to a refined diet has given me better results from my training, something I wasn’t getting then.
