In college you there for atleast 4 years, hella broke just studying.

And each year that passes by more and more people need masters nowdays, so now you in for atleast 6 years.

6 years of being broke, and when you finally leave you gone be hella in debt and shyt.

Its like, ok you went to college at 18.

You graduate at 23-24. For those years you were broke as hell in college.
But its all good cuz u finally graduated! Or is it, you now may get a job, but you're spending around the next 15-25 maybe even 30 years paying off college debt

I see what you saying but the problem is that this world needs people that have an education to keep it running. Would you go to a dentist who didn't have a degree? Would you be comfortable knowing that your kid's high school Math teacher only had a GED? There is only so much you can do in this world without a degree. Everybody can't be a Steve Jobs or Mark Zuckerburg.

You're right, and not everyone can be a doctor either. Now everyone can be a lawyer. Not everyone can work on wall street. Its over 300million people in our country, not everyone is susposed to go to college.

funny how you need degrees for jobs that back then you only needed training or experience to do. My uncle has been working with fiber optics and RG3 for almost 15 years and his company folded. Another company has the same position open but he needs a bachelors in electronic engineering and the job pays less now hes working at Verizon as a field tech which hes way over qualified making 30k less

I don't like the system the way it's set up but I knew that for what I wanted to do and the boost that a degree in my field would give me, college was the route to go. And I wasn't even 1 month out of college when I got a job offer. I was happy of the decision I made.

Only 15,000 in debt too

Met so many friends, grew as a person, found my passion, fukked pawgs, got out the hood, got a degree, got a job in that field and love my job

But it DEF isnt for everyone. My bro and best friend are doing fine w/o degrees.

The chances are much higher that you will be employed if you have a degree versus someone who doesn't. The days are over where you can walk into a place off the street and get a good job and work for 30 years without a degree. My boy was with HR for a real estate firm. He was tasked with going around the country and firing all the people who didn't have their degree (they got a severance though). Once he finished, they gave him his papers to leave since he didn't have a degree himself.
