There’s always exceptions. I’m talking the average person.
It’s not really about the degree or money itself it’s the higher learning involved. The deep thinking required to obtain a specialized degree.
On average a Women with a college degree will have a better understanding of how life works. It’s the reason I don’t fault women saying they prefer not to date manual labor workers.
Just the example you brought up sounds sketchy. A smart man isn’t going to be a brute and use his body for small money. “Flipping” cars and houses is low hanging fruit and involves being dishonest to a certain point. I don’t even know him and by what you said I wouldn’t want to get to know him.
That’s the point, no matter what he cant escape that. You could put him in a suite tell her he’s a multi millionaire but when she finds out what he does his entire facade is gone. Tell my why wealthy families send there kids to college?
You have to have money and be around people with money to understand that.
The fact you said college ain’t shyt and you being mesmerized by flipping cars and house tells alot.
Another secret. Something y’all never see on TV. Behind closed doors, men of status, influence and connections laugh, fukk the wives and take money from men who say all people are equal and no one is better than another.
That’s the baby boomer, hippy, free love shyt that’s been in your face since 1960. Now that the chickens are home to roast who’s in office making all the decisions? All that shyt is dead on arrival when men with power come into play.
Millennials have been lied to… but gen z has been thrown into the fire, telling y’all college is nonsense, even going with the notion that you shouldn’t work and it’s slavery.
In your 20s and early 30s your busy living care free for the most part. It’s not until your in your mid 30s when you start to realize the winners and losers in life amongst your peers.
I digress.
Your friend sounds like a winner but don’t get it confused he would look a lot better on paper with a college degree.
