Makes more sense to me now when u put it like this.Being in power comes with setting up a racial/ethnic hierarchy to ensure that the generations following after you are in a good standing.

I would do it because there were so many others willing to fight for the future not even knowing if it'll make a difference. If I'm guaranteed to make a difference I think it's worth it

Why would that matter if it's guaranteed never to come back? If anything it would be a memorial to show people why it's bad. People would have more compassion because of what happened in the past

Because ending just future "racism" won't eliminate bigotry, prejudice, or resentment. I don't think knowing about it will make people more compassionate, maybe some, but not all. People aren't compassionate towards us because slavery ended, ya know? So I would rather it have not existed at all.

Because they're selfish and don't want to say that theyre willing to give up something important to them. This shows how people feel about it in real life. They don't like racism but not willing to do anything to fight against it if it's an inconvenience
