Personally, I keep an open mind when it comes to dating.

The only thing “strict” on my list would be that I'm only interested in dating Black women, but other than that, I keep an open mind when it comes to the other traits, etc because I feel being too strict limits your options while also causing potential suitors (who could've/might've been the “one”) to run away.

Nothing wrong with having some standards and expectations in what you want in a partner but keep in mind that this “it's either my way or no way” attitude might keep one single or find themselves entertaining the wrong people simply because they check the superficial boxes despite the fact they're not truly compatible with them on an emotional/personality level.
