No. But this month last year i can say my progression is evident. I have a job, and a apartment. Career wise nowhere close.

In light of the recent changes in my life, it has caused me to reflect on the past. i made so many mistakes...:snoop: i always seem to make it to the fork in the road and go in the wrong direction. at 35 years old, i'm not happy with where i am. i got :flabbynsick:, i let my marriage fall apart (when i probably could have done something to fix it a long time ago), my finances have suffered for a long time (although my money is looking a lot better nowadays), etc.

With all that said, i hired a personal trainer and got back in the gym (already 4lbs. down), i have finally acceped the fact that this marriage is not going to work for either of us and hurled all thoughts of a possible reconciliation into the bushes, and i have started making smarter and more calculated decisions when it comes to my finance. i'm a lot less wasteful and am very concious of what i'm spending my money on. it's only a few steps so far, but they are finally in the right direction. the next 2 years will be spent rebuilding myself. i liked being married, but when it ends it tears everything in your life apart before it's finally done. it's like a tornado. i'll probably never do it again.

i'm rambling....:heh: i just needed to vent....:pachaha:

sorry about your marriage dude ..... but one day you are going to wake up and be happy, and relieved that you are not married anymore..... its good that you are taking steps to improve your life....

To answer your question honestly....Ive over achieved too quick too early, and that brings its own problems, Ive got no more big ambitions left, the things I want are really minor and insignificant...bored ,slightly jaded

On a relationship level the woman Im with at some point next year Ill put a ring on her finger, Im very very happy in that regard....

That can happen to anyone...so you're actually going through with the divorce?

i don't want to. i'd like to work things out, but she seems to want to be free. so what can i do? i'm not trying to keep someone who doesn't want to be kept. it hurts, but :manny: i'll get over it eventually.

Nope, that's why I recently quit my job and cut off several people. My situation is more difficult right now but I know there's a light at the end of the tunnel (even if I have to put one up lol)

Professionally I'm in a good place.
Financially I could fare to do better
My personal life has taken a hit due to divorce, but I'm on my "Life is Good" ish
Life overall is smooth

Give or take, 3-4 more years, I should be at peace with everything in my life on all levels.

if you're trying to get your finances straight then why are you paying a personal trainer to show you some shyt you could look up on youtube yourself?

unless you're so lazy that the only way you can make yourself go to the gym is to pay somebody to workout with you

Have you heard her say this out her mouth? How can you be so sure?

Not at all. The only thing that's moving forward is my career. The money isn't that great, but I'm happy with what I do. Health-wise, I didn't think I would be having chronic back problems and not being to ever play basketball or volleyball at 24 but I can probably deal with it.
