Prince had 3 flops before he took off in the 80s too. The industry aint like that no more, if you on a major and it dont happen in those first few years you getting dropped.

Which is completely unfair & unreasonable to think that someone needs to actually have Talent plus a huge following before succumbing to a label.

Ari has a good voice ... but there isn't any labels that are in the buisness of developing talent anymore these days.
