The problem lies in which the way many of us are taught about God. We are told as children that God is merciful, God is just, God is love, God is happiness, that he’s all things good. Instead of God is a jealous God and etc. When this happens and as some of us grow we start questioning why does God allow evil things to occur when he’s suppose to be so “good”.

but I think it was Jada Pinkett Smith that said a long time ago life is hard and if whatever religion gives you hope and happiness in life without you causing harm to others it’s not her business to turn you away from it

But theres also just as much as "evidence" that this was all created by aliens.

Or Unicorns.

Or that we are all living through a extreme advanced simulation.

Or taking it back to Theology, just as much evidence that Odin, Brahma, Makemake and Mbombo created the universe instead of Yahweh (and as the other poster said theyre sure as shyt.not different interpretations of the same god).

People attach all types of nonsense to God for some reason. JUst because some man\men wrote some stuff and attributed it to a god, does not mean Im obligated to believe any of it.

God had a son. God had a chosen people. God ordained this war. God cursed these people...

GOD IS! You cant attach anything else to GOD besides that.

Once anybody comes to me with a doctrine talking about God said, or God chose....its fux off.

You have to be wise enough to separate God from all these manufactured doctrines.
