yes it was. I forgot that one. Are we there yet was a cool family comedy too, but I figure no one here watching these type of movies, so I didn't bother. Also, Lottery Ticket was funny. I know Cube doesn't have a list of great films like Denzel or Wesley, but to say he only has 2 or 3 classic films in 34 years is insane

I mean I would disagree that those are all classics. Friday, Boyz, and possibly 3 Kings. I actually like the rest of those films but they're like B tier films, along with Anaconda. They aren't amazing films, like stuff I would play in the background while I'm doing something else.

You think Higher learning is a B tier film? Compared to what? Higher Learning is definitely better than every movie Pac made outside of Poetic Justice, Juice, and Above the Rim. And I like Pac movies too. I think his best acting job was Gang Related and that was a good film as well, but Higher Learning was great. Cube definitely has been in some bad films. Ghosts from Mars and Anaconda, etc, but the 6 I named can't be denied.

To have such a narrow view and appreciation for talent in an art form just seems so boring and damn near small minded to me, damn near child like. It's having a chicken tenders and fries pallet but for artistic ability.

I guess that's why he's made some of the awful comedic choices he's made too, because he can only see it from his perspective. For instance, he doesn't have the ability to understand and appreciate that some people don't find the funny in playing a filthy pedophile that's likes to watch kids bathe. He only sees it from his limited comedic perspective, and to him that shyt must have been down right hilarious, to still follow through with it beyond an initial idea. Not a decision most would make, but to each his own I guess
