How much is the real estate/rent out there? AZ is beautiful af & suprisingly had a sizeable black population once I got to Phoenix. In Tuscon all I saw at events and the mall were Mexicans dressing and talking like black people even the older onesfelt like I was in the twilight zone
Tucson like the rest of Arizona south of the metro is Mexico bruh, you gonna find mexicans fukkin everywhere down there. Up here to, but not so overhwhelmingly dominate like Tucson.
