Honestly Andy Reid is holding them back at this point as crazy as it sounds. They have a generational QB in his prime and the offense is bland. That is insane in today’s NFL

But it’s a problem that can’t be fixed. They can’t bring in an OC to fix things because Reid has too much control over the offense, it will always just be his offense. The true fix will be Andy has to reinvent his entire scheme and rebuild it from the ground up. That’s a young man’s game though, so it ain’t happening. And no way in hell they move on from Reid. So it just is what it is.

i said this weeks ago. he needs to retire or start grooming a young hungry OC to be his replacement/switch things up

that being said tom brady went through something similar.

this isnt the NBA. the way the salary cap is and with how coaches get poached, it is very common for dynasties to have a blip before they regain footing.
