The Chiefs offense hasnt been the same since the 2022 season.

Spagnolou and Chris jones kept them afloat these past 2-3 years

Honestly Andy Reid is holding them back at this point as crazy as it sounds. They have a generational QB in his prime and the offense is bland. That is insane in today’s NFL

But it’s a problem that can’t be fixed. They can’t bring in an OC to fix things because Reid has too much control over the offense, it will always just be his offense. The true fix will be Andy has to reinvent his entire scheme and rebuild it from the ground up. That’s a young man’s game though, so it ain’t happening. And no way in hell they move on from Reid. So it just is what it is.

Yeah I don't think the talent is the problem at all. This offense just has no creativity. They're not scheming anybody open. There's no hint of a quick passing game for times when the O-line is hurt or not holding up.
