I already know about the Beyoncé and Keri Hilson situation but I’m interested in hearing about other artists who pissed off the wrong person and was blackballed as a result.

Keri Hilson had hits and went on to work with Kanye (who we all know was a J &B groupie) a year or so after dissing Bey and Ciara


Was she blackballed? Or just fell off, lost focus

Letoya Luckett had a number 1 album, platinum singles... has had a decent acting career

She would know better than thecoli if B and her team had plotted against her. Would she still fukk with B, go to her shows? Doubt it




Her career just ran its course. She and ol girl that got kicked out of DC joined another group not too long after that, in 00 i believe. Funny thing is, neither were chosen to be the lead singer lol

Saigon was not blackballed, he was a victim of the fukking WOAT record label at the time Atlantic. They mismanaged and ruined many a rapper's career in their efforts to push out that pop rap sound.

He had a crazy Jay feature on his biggest song, with deep ties to on of the hottest producers in the game. he was far from blackballed.

He was getting major looks with a run on the hottest show at the time Entourage.

Atlantic ruined his career and kept him on the shelf

The biggest issue with Charles Hamilton was he was his own worst enemy.

Beefing with his own label mates
Charles making up shyt that he was cool with J.Dilla and Mom Dukez
Charles not taking his mental health serious (His mom had to call the cops on him)
Him getting arrested for punching a cop.
Him not letting Intercope manage his vast body of music he had.

And yea I wouldn’t say AZ was blackballed at all. He one of my personal GOATs and have been since prolly before POAM dropped. He’d drop them disappear for 3 years. It was almost like every album he dropped was some sort of “comeback” as opposed to a follow up. When he dropped AZiatic we all were at the fact he actually dropped 2 albums 2 years in a row, something most artists did all the time was an anomaly for AZ.

Then he bounced for another 3 years
