Let's not bring logic into these discussions :whoa:

Let's forget that 70% of all inheritors blow their money :whoa:

Let's forget that Donald Trump's father didn't build his fortune either. The grandfather made money first and gave Fred money to start off with :whoa:

Also, let's pretend that everyone here doesn't have dreams of passing money onto their children one day, so in effect, we are shytting on something that we would do for our kids if we were in the same scenario :whoa:

Donald Trump may be a demon but, his business acumen is A1.

You got Will Smith's kids walking around in dresses, Snoop Dogg's kids smoking weed all day and Muhammad Ali's kids abandoning their families. What's the likelihood any of them take their father's money and create billion dollar brands :jbhmm: What about the Jackson family kids or the Simmons family kids or Eddie Murphy's kids?

If it was that easy to flip money every single black entertainer's children would have fortune 500 companies trading on Nasdaq but, let's leave logic for the professionals :whoa:

To be fair trump was in the right place at the fight tome. Manhattan in the 70s was a dump and he got in super cheap and now it's the most expensive real Estate in the world. Luck must also be factored in his case. Just like he was lucky he ran against someone like hillary and not Obama. Trumps most admirable achievement is how his kids turned out pretty good.

Trump could have been Johnny Manziel himself. But trump made an effort not to smoke nor drink and only partied just the be seen on occasion. He wasn't keg parties and bongs like most young white in that position do. 1970's drug was galore and Trump had access no doubt....but he never go into the lifestyle.

His dad put him in a military boarding school. So credit is to his dad. Johnny Manziel went to public school.

Black people had the same opportunity though. Most of the inner cities were dumps and property was dirt cheap. Cheap enough to buy even with the discriminatory mortgage lending practices going on back then. Cribs in Harlem, Brooklyn and the South Bronx were like 5 racks back then. The black people that bought their homes and many other homes back then are making millions now. People kill me with the whole acting like he was given his empire. How many rich black people do we have? Alot of their kids are grown now. So why haven't any of these black kids of black entertainers built billion dollars companies if it was so easy :dame: John H. Johnson was a black man worth $150 million dollars. Are we clowning his daughter, Linda Johnson-Rice for living off her father's name and money or nah? or is she smart for continuing it without fukking up :dame: and more importantly, how come she isn't a billionaire since it's so easy to make a billion dollars according to the Coli :dame:

c00ns be quick to give passes to racists for the most arbitrary reasons.:sas2:

We peep game though. Yall just agents tryna soften the real nikkas up.

Trump is trying to bring jobs back as it stands....he's working with local big business to revive cities to try to create more jobs. Plus less illegals taking black jobs....he's right outside of most of his social stances.

How many black people had a $40 mil inheritance in the 1970s and were able to use their rich father's credit worthiness to secure loans and invest in HIGH RISK real estate deals?:gucci:

buying $5,000 homes in 1970's new york....where does $40million come into play? the topic of the post was blacks buying those cheap homes and sitting on the property for a good deal. Folk with a few extra thousands wanted nothing to do with such things.
