So Hue Jackson was the coach and GM? :ohhh:
:upsetfavre: Al Davis died and there was no GM in place, and he was the one that pushed to bring in Carson Palmer who hadn't played and was on the couch during the season because the shytty back-up he brought over from his former team Kyle Boller was terrible since Campbell got hurt. The trade set back the Raiders longer. Yes, Hue did get the most out of the offense, but his playcalling was predictable as fukk and the defense was terrible, which led to all those close losses in 2011-2012. Hue would be a really good OC on a squad. But, :pacspit: at him forever for that Palmer trade.

8-8 or 4-12, 8-8 or 4-12. It's funny how ya'll don't shyt on your current bum ass coach but got so much anna against hue. No headcoach is a master of all aspects of the game. Just be happy he led them bum ass nikkas to a non losing season.

smh, we were gonna be horrible with Kyle Boller had that idiot Hue of not traded for palmer. We'd be talkin about Andrew Luck or RG3 as the Raiders QB but instead we have Flynn and a longshot in Pryor to get us excited. The fact that Raider fans are still Raider fans at all makes us die hard.

Go 4 and 12 again nikka. I don;t give a fukk about the raiders. Just find your fan base stupid as fukk as you are proving. shyt ya;ll shoudn;t have fired Tom Cable but of course, soon as the raiders start making any positive progress, they clean house. But will stick with the 4-12 nikka for years lol. See ya'll at the bottom of the standings breh
Im not a raiders fan.
and I know you dont give a fukk about the raiders. it aint hard to tell.

I know youre here to stick up for the black coach, thats why youre trying to ignore the actual football circumstances. this is not a case here where the black coach was unfairly shafted. I liked hue and he was a good OC. he wasnt a good head coach and that trade only further crippled the franchise

hue wasnt a victim there. Im sad he fukked up trusting a bum ass palmer, but he fukked up and he had to go :manny:

The worst part of it is Hue wasn't a bad coach. He was a good coach. That trade was just horrible though and set us back.

He was doing too much. I dunno how much of a chance he would of had anyway given Mark's obsession with getting rid of people that had a more immediate relationship with his dad. But that trade and then throwing the team under the bus fukked him over. He wasn't bad tho, he had our offense looking great. If he had just let the season play out and kept the 1st rounder....smmfh, I don't even wanna think about it anymore. :snoop:

:what: 8-8 ain't a winning season either breh. :heh: You really trying to hype up Hue going 8-8 with the Raiders? fukk am I or Raiders fans supposed to be happy about that for? That still ain't no winning season. What is there to shyt on the current coach for? He inherited a terrible team, and the Raiders plan on having him as there future coach without firing him in a year or 2 like they did before. And not sure if you followed the Raiders, but that 4-12 season last season was McKenzie's way of showing the team and Al Davis the team needed an overhaul and rebuild, which Al Davis wasn't for a year ago. Hue probably would still be coaching if he didn't push the team for the Palmer squad and calling it "the greatest trade ever", getting into a power struggle with Raider management, and if he didn't throw his team under the bus after the final game like a bytch ass nikka. :yeshrug:

also, while Im not a big fan of current raiders coaching, 4-12 record by itself is not that bad of a problem

question is what do you do with it.

plenty of teams have bounced back from 4-12 and similar

broncos were 4-12 two years ago
texans were 6-10 two years ago
niners were 6-10 two years
bengals were 4-12 two years ago

all of those teams since got better and now are perennial playoff or even superbowl contenders

and if you go a bit further in time you can find more 4-12 and 5-11 years from atlanta and even baltimore

teams go through changes and rebuild. raiders just have had bad talent evaluators and a shytty FO.

I'd actually like to see what Allen does after some years to establish a culture within the locker room and team. No need for instant success right now, we gotta have a Steeler like patience until it becomes truly evident that he isn't fit for the job. He needs the talent for his program, we gotta get his kinda players and that takes time especially given the cap hell Al left us in. I think Allen is a good coach, just needs to grow into the job and create a routine on the team. I like his ideas for the defense, and I think with a smarter more innovative offensive mind to collaborate with it'd get better. Like I said, we're dealing with over a decade of shyttiness.

Actually think they shouldn't have fired Tom Cable but Raiders gonna Raider.
Check your record from 2003 until Hue and Cable came to town. Hue Jackson and Cable were the problem tho? :dead:
