So what if in talking about Civil Rights issues, these figures talk about the issues first and put religion second, only using scripture for rare inspirational reference? Are they still unwise? If you know anything about Malcolm X, you would know that he found religion during prison. It was a way for him to reflect on his life and set out to be the leader we know him as.
